1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Innoveev Property Executive mobile app (the "App"), which is owned and operated by Innoveev MENA FZCO ("Innoveev", "we", "us", or "our").

The property-related content and services in the App — property listings, your property, payment information, bookings, announcements, and maintenance — are provided by the developer or manager of your property (for example, Binghatti) (the "Property Provider"). The Property Provider is the party you deal with for those matters.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at innoveev.io/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Access

The App is for residents and owners of properties managed by a Property Provider, and for people they invite. Your account is set up by your Property Provider. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and able to enter into binding contracts.

3. What the App Does

The App lets you:

  • View your property and its payment schedule and status;
  • Browse property listings, and send booking and callback requests;
  • Submit and track maintenance requests;
  • Receive announcements and notifications about your property;
  • Share access to your property with members of your household; and
  • Send feedback.

Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. Listings, prices, availability, and descriptions may change without notice and are not a binding offer unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

4. Your Account and Signing In

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You agree to:

  • Keep your contact details accurate and up to date;
  • Keep access to your email account secure, and not share your sign-in codes;
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account; and
  • Tell us immediately at info@innoveev.com about any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are used unlawfully. You can ask us to delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

5. Bookings and Callback Requests

A booking or callback request sent through the App asks the Property Provider to contact you about a unit. It is not a reservation, a purchase, or a contract. Any reservation, purchase, or tenancy is made under a separate written agreement with the Property Provider, which sets out its own terms, including cancellation and refunds.

6. Payments

The App does not process payments. Payment schedules and status shown in the App are provided by the Property Provider for your convenience; your agreement with the Property Provider sets the actual amounts and due dates. Payments are made directly to the Property Provider, outside the App. Questions about payments should go to the Property Provider.

7. Property Information and Agreements

The App is a convenience tool for viewing information about your property. The legally binding terms of any purchase, tenancy, lease, or service are set out in your separate signed agreement, which prevails over anything shown in the App.

8. Maintenance Requests

You can submit and track maintenance requests through the App. Requests are handled by your property's maintenance team. Response and resolution times are not guaranteed unless stated in your separate agreement. For emergencies — such as fire, a gas leak, flooding, or any threat to safety — do not rely on the App: contact the emergency services and your building's emergency contact directly.

9. Sharing Access to Your Property

If you invite someone to share access to your property, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that the person agrees to receive an invitation at the email address you provide.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Submit false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
  • Submit fraudulent maintenance, booking, or callback requests;
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or other users' data;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App; or
  • Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its content without our written permission.

11. Property Information Disclaimer

Property information in the App is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that any listing, image, price, or availability is accurate, complete, or current. Base any decision to buy, rent, or reserve on your own checks and independent professional advice. Nothing in the App is financial, legal, or investment advice.

12. Intellectual Property

The App and its software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to Innoveev MENA FZCO. Property content, names, and marks belong to the Property Provider or their other owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without our prior written consent.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, at innoveev.io/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

14. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services such as hosting, email delivery, maps, and push notifications. We are not responsible for third parties' content, policies, or practices, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Innoveev MENA FZCO nor the Property Provider, nor their officers, employees, or affiliates, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Innoveev MENA FZCO and the Property Provider, and their officers, employees, and affiliates, against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, and we may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.

20. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and Innoveev MENA FZCO only, not with Apple;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App;
  • Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual property claims;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you; and
  • Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
